We are looking for Deputy Manager for a Residential Family Assessment Centre in Blandford Forum, Dorset.
This will be a busy and challenging role and therefore you will have commitment and dedication to providing high quality support to family and staff in line with OFSTED regulations. You will also be required to have excellent safeguarding standards and a strong ethos of providing effective support to families to achieve positive outcomes.
As the Deputy, you will report to the Registered Manager, deputising in their absence. This role will include some supervisory responsiblities.
Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Requirements:
- At least 2 years in a role supervising and managing staff.

Good knowledge of safeguarding, assessment, and risk management and established experience of completing parenting capacity and holistic whole family assessments.

Experience of partnership working with families and external agencies.

Ability to communicate effectively in complex or challenging situations with families.

Must be prepared to be flexible across evenings and weekends, according to the needs of the service.
