About The Role

A very exciting opportunity!

Come and be part of our team in our new school, Compass Community Schools Redwood Park School in Milton Keynes.

Our curriculum pathways give pupils the opportunity to be the best they can be and have opportunities they may not have had up to this point in their education journey. There are academic and vocational pathways which meet individual needs. As a key part of the core of our educational offer is personal development curriculum, which prepares our pupils for adulthood, including an exciting social enterprise opportunity.

Our closely triangulated approach places the child at the centre of decision making, ensuring that education and therapy professionals, parents/carers, local authority teams and, most importantly, our pupils can work together to secure outstanding outcomes for all.
