The Role
As a Recruitment Engagement Officer, you will be at the heart of fostering recruitment, responsible for increasing Word of Mouth recommendations within the Compass Community. You’ll engage with existing foster carers, staff, and stakeholders to harness their networks, ensuring more families have the opportunity to transform a child’s life.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement creative strategies to boost Word of Mouth referrals.
- Build strong relationships with foster carers and community stakeholders, encouraging active participation in recruitment efforts.
- Organise and host engagement events, workshops, and campaigns to increase awareness and involvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing and recruitment teams to align efforts and amplify impact.
- Monitor and analyse engagement activities, providing regular feedback and reports to leadership.
What We’re Looking For
- A people person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in recruitment, engagement, or community outreach.
- Creativity and innovation in planning and executing campaigns.
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Knowledge of fostering or social care is desirable but not essential.
