development, we’re offering a unique opportunity for an experienced and
ambitious Registered Manager to lead two homes. You will shape
environments where children can thrive, teams can excel, and leadership
truly makes a difference.
What You’ll Be Doing
As
a Dual Registered Manager, you’ll take operational responsibility for
two residential homes: leading your teams to deliver high-quality care
with consistency, compassion, and clarity.
Your responsibilities will include
- Managing the day-to-day operations of two residential homes
- Leading and developing staff teams across both settings
- Maintaining compliance, safeguarding, recruitment, audits and standards
- Supporting direct work with children when needed
What We’re Looking For
We’re
seeking an inspiring, experienced leader with a proven record in
children’s residential care. The ideal candidate is someone ready to
step up and lead at scale.
Essential criteria
- Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young People’s Services
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Residential Childcare)
- Minimum of 2 years as a Registered Manager with at least a Good Ofsted rating
- A strong commitment to safeguarding and improving outcomes for children
Desirable
Experience supporting other managers or overseeing multiple homes
The Package
We
believe in rewarding leaders who deliver exceptional care and outcomes.
This is a competitive package designed to reflect the scale and
responsibility of the role:
- Basic salary: £60,000 – £67,000 (depending on experience and service)
- Performance bonus: Up to £24,000 annually (£12,000 per home)
- Total potential earnings: Up to £91,000 per year
