Main Purpose of Job:
We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable individuals to join our team as sessional minute takers. The successful candidates will be responsible for accurately recording the minutes of meetings, ensuring that all key points, decisions, and actions are documented clearly and concisely.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend Meetings: Participate in scheduled meetings, either in-person or virtually, to take comprehensive notes.
- Record Minutes: Accurately document the discussions, decisions, and action items during meetings.
- Prepare and Distribute Minutes: Compile the minutes into a structured format and send to the HR Case Activity Team
- Maintain Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and always maintain confidentiality.
- Organise Documentation: Maintain organized records of all minutes and related documents.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in minute taking or a similar role is preferred.
- Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using word processing software (e.g., Microsoft Word).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Working Conditions
- Sessional Basis: This is a sessional position, meaning work will be assigned on an as-needed basis depending on the scheduling of meetings.
