Are you an experienced estates or facilities professional looking to make a meaningful impact? We’re seeking proactive and hands-on Estates Managers to oversee a regional portfolio of children’s homes, schools, and office sites.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing day-to-day estates operations across multiple sites
- Ensuring buildings are safe, compliant, and well-maintained
- Leading planned and reactive maintenance programmes
- Overseeing contractors and supporting capital projects
- Conducting site inspections and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Managing regional estates budgets and reporting on risks and priorities
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in estates or facilities management (ideally in education, care, or public sector)
- Strong knowledge of building compliance and health & safety
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple sites and coordinate contractors
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
