You will have the opportunity to:
- Meet our Home Managers and Recruitment Team.
- Learn about our children’s homes and available roles.
- Hear what working in residential childcare is really like.
- Explore our training and career-development opportunities.
- Ask questions and find out whether residential childcare is right for you.
- Be interviewed on the day for one of our available roles.
Previous experience is not essential. We welcome experienced Residential and Youth Workers, as well as people looking to begin a rewarding career in residential childcare.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for determined, caring and thoughtful people who can become long-lasting, significant adults in a child’s life.
To be considered, you must:
- Be aged 22 or above, in line with Ofsted requirements.
- Have the right to work in the UK.
- Hold a valid manual driving licence.
- Be caring, compassionate and able to build positive relationships.
- Remain calm and supportive in challenging situations.
