This Registered Manager opportunity is perfect for someone who wants to lead a home full of energy, ambition and potential. Offering a competitive salary of £51,731 - £59,606, alongside the opportunity to earn up to £16,000 in annual bonuses and a £5,000 relocation package, this role gives you the chance to make a meaningful difference every day.
Home to five young people aged 12-17, including two sibling groups, this is a busy and engaging environment where no two days are the same. The young people attend education, enjoy a wide range of activities, and are supported to develop the confidence, resilience and life skills they need as they move towards adulthood.
Specialising in supporting children who have experienced childhood trauma, the home is focused on helping young people build trusting relationships, feel a sense of belonging and develop a positive view of their future. Whether it's supporting a young person to succeed in school, develop independence skills, or achieve a personal goal they've been working towards, every day brings opportunities to have a lasting impact.
Supported by an established team and strong staffing structure, you'll have the platform to lead with confidence, build on existing successes and create an environment where young people feel safe, encouraged and empowered to thrive.
