What will you do?
You’ll look after recruitment for your own group of services. You’ll work with service managers to understand who they need and when. Then you’ll find the right people, from the first call right through to a new starter’s first day.
You’ll use local job market insight, pay benchmarking and your own recruitment numbers to plan hiring that works. You’ll give managers clear, realistic advice.
Then you’ll make it happen. You’ll call candidates, search for people directly and build talent pools for the future. You’ll run local campaigns and meet people at recruitment events.
You’ll help hiring managers make quick, confident decisions. And you’ll make sure every candidate feels welcome and kept in the loop.

Is this you?
- You love selling, whether it’s a job to a candidate or a plan to a manager
- You’re happy on the phone and enjoy reaching out to people
- You have experience working with operational managers on recruitment plans
- You have a track record of finding people through direct sourcing
- You’re comfortable using data and market insight to guide your plans
- You can balance speed, quality and a great candidate experience
- You’re ambitious, can work independently and always follow things through
- You have a full UK driving licence and can travel to our services and events
