As Compass Community continues its transformation journey, we’re introducing Salesforce as part of a major business-wide digital programme — and we’re looking for an experienced Salesforce Application Administrator to take the lead.
You’ll play a pivotal role in deploying, managing and optimising Salesforce across our organisation, helping us streamline processes, connect our systems, and deliver better insight and collaboration between our Sales, Marketing and Placement teams.
Working closely with the Head of Applications and key business stakeholders, you’ll make sure Salesforce becomes an integral and effective part of Compass’s day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on, high-impact role at the heart of Compass’s digital transformation.
What You’ll Do
- Working with our selected implementation partner lead the rollout, configuration and ongoing administration of Salesforce across multiple teams.
- Work with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure successful implementation and user adoption.
- Manage user access, permissions, workflows, reports and dashboards.
- Support data migration, integration and automation projects.
- Deliver user training and champion Salesforce best practice.
- Ensure system stability, data quality and compliance with information governance and safeguarding standards.
About You
We’re looking for someone who’s both technically confident and people-focused — a self-starter who enjoys solving problems and enabling others to succeed.
You’ll bring:
- Salesforce Administrator certification (essential) and ideally further Salesforce qualifications.
- A minimum of 5 years Hands-on experience in deploying and managing Salesforce environments in a growing or multi-site organisation.
- Strong understanding of data management, automation and reporting tools.
- Great communication skills — able to translate technical concepts into simple, user-friendly solutions.
- A proactive, collaborative approach and a genuine commitment to Compass’s mission and values.
Experience in social care, education or another regulated environment would be a real bonus.
