Are you motivated by the prospect of supporting successful change and ensuring projects run smoothly? We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our organisation as we embark on a major business-wide operating model and technology transformation programme.
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will play a vital role in coordinating activities across our Programme and Project Management team, helping colleagues within the childcare sector adapt to new ways of working. Your responsibilities will include organising project meetings and activities, maintaining project documentation, facilitating effective communication between stakeholders, and supporting the delivery of key initiatives that underpin transformational change.
We are looking for someone with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Experience coordinating projects within large-scale change or technology programmes is highly desirable. Above all, we value adaptability, initiative, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule project meetings, ensuring agendas and minutes are prepared and distributed promptly.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, tracking progress, milestones, and deliverables for both major programmes and smaller tactical initiatives.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, including project managers, team members, and external partners.
- Monitor project timelines highlighting risks or issues and escalating when necessary.
- Support the delivery of key initiatives by managing logistics and liaising with cross-functional teams.
- Assist with the implementation of new processes and systems, helping colleagues adapt to changes and providing guidance where needed.
- Independently manage small tactical projects, driving progress and ensuring objectives are met within scope and timeframe.
- Prepare and deliver status updates and reports to project managers and stakeholders.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience working as a Project Coordinator
- Strong working knowledge of project lifecycle methodologies and tools.
- Confident in using MS Office 365, and other project collaboration platforms.
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail in documentation and reporting
- Ability to coordinate and facilitate meetings
- Proactive problem solving and risk management
- Experience managing project timelines and deliverables
- Competence in handling logistics and cross-team collaboration
- Adaptability in implementing new processes and systems
- Capability to work independently and drive progress on tasks
