This role is central to ensuring colleagues, managers, and the wider organisation can rely on accurate records, responsive support, and consistent people processes across all services.

About the Role

As a People Administrator, you will support onboarding, contractual changes, payroll administration, absence management, and leaver processes while maintaining accurate People system records and ensuring compliance with GDPR and employment requirements.

You will work closely with the People Administration Team Leader, payroll, recruitment, and operational teams to provide a professional and reliable administration service.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a varied workload.
  • Confident using HR/People systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Understanding of employee lifecycle administration and confidentiality requirements.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • A collaborative and service-focused approach.

Why Join Us?

At Compass Community, you’ll join a supportive organisation committed to making a positive difference to children and young people’s lives. We offer a collaborative environment where colleagues are valued and supported to grow and develop.
